Education Offering 2009
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
- Registrations must
be received 3 weeks before the
course start date.
- Call the Education Coordinator,
Barbara Hanlon, at 704-805-9888
if you need information about our
course offerings. If Barbara
is unavailable, please leave a
voice mail message. Your
call will be responded to within
a 24-hour period.
- Complete the Online
Registration
Form. You
will receive an invoice from
the Carreker Accounting Department
for the course fee shortly afterwards.
The course fee includes all course
materials, free parking, and
beverages at our Charlotte Training
Center.
- You will receive a confirmation
letter no later than three weeks
prior to the course start date. We
recommend that you do not confirm
your travel arrangements until
you have received your confirmation
letter.
- Carreker offers group discounts
to customers sending five or more
people to the same class on the
same date.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
When we have
to cancel a class: Carreker
will make every effort to hold
classes according to our published
schedule. However, we reserve the
right to cancel a class due to
insufficient registration or unforeseen
circumstances. You will be notified
of the cancellation no later than
three weeks before the class start
date. If your requested class is
canceled, you can reschedule, or
we will return your registration
fee to you.
When you need
to cancel your registration: You
may cancel your registration by
notifying Carreker in writing (or
via FAX transmittal, 704-805-9960)
up to one week before the course
start date. Your registration fee
will be refunded to you in full.
However, if we receive your cancellation
less than seven days prior to the
course start date, we will issue
your company a "credit certificate".
This credit certificate is redeemable
toward the registration fee for
any Carreker course.
